For: Women, children, and pregnant teens experiencing homelessness or housing crisis
Tobi's Home is more than a roof. It is Transformation Obtained By Inspiration (TOBI). This transformation represents a bridge — from crisis to stability, from fear to forward motion. Named with intention, this program provides safe transitional housing alongside wraparound support services that address the root causes of housing instability.

Youth Mentoring · Ages 10–17
Spreading W.I.N.G.S.
For young people ready to rise.
For: Young people ages 10–17 in York, PA and Baltimore, MD
Spreading W.I.N.G.S. is a mentoring program built on the belief that every young person has something powerful inside them — they just need someone to see it. Our mentors are dedicated to sharing wisdom inspiring new growth & soaring (W.I.N.G.S.) beyond one’s potential. Through one-on-one mentoring, group sessions, and real-world skill building, we walk alongside youth as they discover who they are and who they can become.

For: Fathers seeking to restore and strengthen their relationships with their children
We believe in uplifting fathers into greatness through Growing Internally Notwithstanding Obstacles (GINO) because fatherhood is not a title — it is a practice. Our GINO GIANTS Program creates a community of men committed to showing up for their children, regardless of the obstacles. Through peer support, skill-building, and accountability, we help fathers become the steady presence their families need.
